Northwick Power Ltd is partnered with a substantial waste food AD business that has been operational for over five years. Based on a similar size and with similar feedstock, this partnership has significant existing food waste relationships with a number of blue-chip manufacturers. Today the partnership is one of the largest AD businesses in the UK, with multiple operational plants, which together process approximately 250,000 tons per annum of food waste.

By developing the Northwick Power site, a further large geographical area has been opened up to the benefits of AD as a food waste solution and we have established a network of waste management sites so that your waste can be directed to the optimum location, thereby (a) reducing “waste miles travelled”, and (b) maximising the recycling benefit.

The sites use state-of-the-art “front end” depackaging and feedstock management equipment.
